Kid Psychology aims to provide a cost-effective service so families are not excluded from accessing assessment, support or collaboration for their child. While you do not need a referral to access services, there are existing funding streams that might make access more affordable.

FEES

Support is available for short (25 mins) or standard (50 mins) sessions.

Short – $100
Standard – $190

With a referral, rebates for Medicare for the short and standard sessions can be found here.

If you use private health insurance, contacting your insurer directly will provide you with information regarding the rebate you are entitled to.

If your child is a self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participant the session fee and additional charges associated with NDIS compliance will be detailed in a service agreement.

Additional services associated with Support can include brief reports, planned phone calls or case meetings.

Brief report (2 pages max.) – $120
Comprehensive report (3-6 pages) – $190
Planned meeting with other providers/teachers – $190 per hour

collaboration

FEES

Collaboration is a fluid process and may involve a one-off meeting between us to give you ideas on the next steps, to assisting you in completing enrollment and application processes. Typically, my standard session fee of $190 will be applied for each hour of collaborative engagement. This will be outlined in more detail once we work out what this will look like for your situation.
